Terms of Service

1 · Scope

These terms apply to all quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and shipments issued by 1BOM. By placing an order, Customer accepts these terms in full. Any custom terms in a signed Master Supply Agreement (MSA) override these terms where they conflict.

2 · Quotes & Orders

• Quote Validity
  Firm quotes valid for 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Market conditions may require re-quote after that window.
• Order Acceptance
  Purchase orders accepted upon 1BOM's written confirmation. Stock is not reserved until payment (or Net terms activation) is confirmed.
• Cancellation
  Orders may be canceled before shipment with a 2% processing charge. Once shipped, cancellation is not accepted except for quality reasons.

3 · Payment

• Currency
  USD (default), EUR, GBP, CNY, JPY. All prices exclude taxes/duties unless stated as DDP.
• Methods
  Wire (T/T), PayPal, Credit Card (Stripe), Net 30/60 (approved buyers), Escrow (via Escrow.com).
• Late Payment
  Net-term invoices past due 30 days incur 1.5% monthly interest and Net terms are suspended pending resolution.

4 · Shipping · Title · Risk

• Incoterms
  Default: DAP (Delivered at Place). Ex-Works, FOB, DDP available on request.
• Title Transfer
  Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon carrier pickup at 1BOM warehouse.
• Insurance
  Standard shipment insurance up to $1,000 included. Extended insurance available at 0.4% of insured value.

5 · Warranty · Return

• Genuine Guarantee
  1BOM warrants all parts as 100% genuine per our inspection SOP (SAE AS6081). Non-genuine units qualify for full refund + return shipping for 90 days from delivery.
• Functional Warranty
  1-year warranty against DOA (dead-on-arrival). Replacement expedited within 60 days.
• Return Process
  Contact qc@1bom.com within warranty window · include order # · we issue RMA within 24 h.
• Exclusions
  Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, ESD from Customer handling, or third-party rework.

6 · Liability

1BOM's total liability under any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 1BOM be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production stoppage costs. This limitation is a material term of pricing.

7 · Export Control

Customer represents that ordered parts will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred in violation of US EAR, US ITAR, EU Dual-Use Regulation, or any applicable sanctions regime (OFAC/BIS/State/UN/EU). Customer is responsible for obtaining required export licenses. 1BOM may refuse orders based on denied-party screening.

8 · Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep pricing, quote terms, and transaction volumes confidential. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship for 24 months.

9 · Governing Law · Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law
  Hong Kong Law (default) · unless otherwise agreed in MSA
• Jurisdiction
  Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for disputes above USD 100,000
• Small Claims
  Disputes below USD 100,000 resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, in the courts of Hong Kong
